But, I don't really well since I never made them.
And I love bread with more skim milk and cheese.

My war regards from Bali, Indonesia.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5964357114353714908.post-6920968763232921692013-10-20T20:49:10.073+01:002013-10-20T20:49:10.073+01:00Oh I do hate ending up with something that is almo...Oh I do hate ending up with something that is almost inedible. I can see the combination of Guinness and buttermilk might not work. I made an apple and cider loaf recently and substituted sour milk for the cider which worked well. I've never used apple in bread before and have since used it in my weekly rye sourdough to very good effect.Choclettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173996730095174268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5964357114353714908.post-42218873700139534732013-10-19T15:59:03.513+01:002013-10-19T15:59:03.513+01:00Using cider sounds a good idea!Using cider sounds a good idea!Suellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04824039607448635437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5964357114353714908.post-48300063699049165842013-10-19T15:25:53.532+01:002013-10-19T15:25:53.532+01:00It's really frustrating when that happens. I've just made a salted caramel tart in which the caramel ended up as rock hard toffee. When I looked at similar recipes on line they used over twice the amount of cream that this recipe did which I suspect is why I got that result. I'm sure about the combination of apple and Guinness - I think I'd be tempted to miss it out or use cider.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5964357114353714908.post-30769101573758792442013-10-17T15:29:59.474+01:002013-10-17T15:29:59.474+01:00I love the idea of this!
