Adding orange flavoured chocolate is a nice idea and I reckon lemon chocolate would work well too - although that's even harder to get hold of than orange chocolate. I really like these sort of "plain cakes" and your additions make it look really good. You can't really tell that the berries and chocolate sank as the cake is quite shallow so looks like it's in the middle!
